Adaptive Air Pressure Control

Instead of adjusting the fan speed directly in revolutions per minute, you now adjust the air pressure directly in Pascals.

This means that you can maintain perfect drum pressure throughout a roast. Typically, drum pressure constantly changes because of the density of the inlet air changes with temperature.

This system will cancel those fluctuations by automatically adjusting the fan speed to match your desired drum pressure.  The result is perfect consistency irrespective of the air density. Watch our Tech Talk Session 2 for a full explanation.
